Painting Party - Ocean Sunset in Watercolors $50

Friday nights are Painting Party nights! Feel free to BYOB and I will have some snacks too!

In this class we will learn how to create a fun and exciting sunset over the ocean using watercolor paint.

No drawing or painting experience needed. Beginners are welcome!

Saturday, February 7 12pm to 4pm

Rainbow Eucalyptus Tree in Acrylics $85

Paint your own rainbow eucalyptus tree on a large 8"x24" canvas.

We will learn how to create the shapes and colors of this visually striking tree using acrylic painting techniques such as color mixing and layering. When finished, you will have your own rainbow eucalyptus tree for your home!

Textured Ocean Wave and Honu in Acrylics $75

We will learn how to build an ocean wave in acrylics and add texture so that it looks almost 3D! And of course, we will paint a cute, Kauai honu, because, let's face it...who doesn't love our precious honu?

Painting Party – Hibiscus in Watercolors $50

Learn how to paint a cheerful hibiscus blossom using watercolors. I will show you how to layer and shade to make your hibiscus come to life!

No drawing or painting experience needed. Beginners are welcome!

Paint YOUR Pet Portrait in Acrylics $85

Email me a photo of your pet, and I will help you paint your own pet portrait using acrylic painting techniques. We will learn how to make realistic eyes, paint fur (if your pet has fur) and much more! Some acrylic painting experience is helpful.

Sunday, February 15 11am to 1pm

Rock Painting $30

Join in on this trending fad of painting rocks and then hiding them for others to find! I will have lots of cool supplies available and will give you painting tips and suggestions. We will then seal the rocks to make them weather resistant. I will also suggest what you can do with your rocks once you are finished.

Easy to do and all ages are welcome!

Official Blessing and Opening of the new Painting Paradise!

Please join us for a formal Studio Blessing as we set our intentions for the space, followed by a celebratory reception. Come and talk story as we fill this space with light, color, creativity, and laughter.

Rev. Kohtoku Hirao of the Waimea Shingon Mission will lead the blessing.

Surfing Chickens in Acrylics $75

We will certainly have a lot of fun with this whimsical acrylics painting class as we learn to paint an ocean wave and a few chickens too!

Painting Party - Leaf Printing in Acrylics $50

Friday nights are Painting Party nights! Feel free to BYOB and I will have some snacks too!

Have fun creating a tropical garden by learning how to print using the texture of actual leaves found around the island. Feel free to bring some of your own leaves that you find. Just keep them moist in a ziploc bag until ready to paint.

No drawing or painting experience needed. Beginners are welcome!

Upcycling Kauai Beach Debris into Abstract Art $85

I will show you how to transform beach plastics and netting collected by Kauai's Surfrider Foundation into functional abstract art. Help clean up our beaches and create art at the same time!

PRIVATE LESSONS $75/hour
